If You Need To Cancel
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your trip start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
If You Need To Reschedule
You can request to reschedule your charter, but changes depend on availability and aren’t guaranteed. If you need to adjust your date or time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your request.
If There Is Bad Weather
All charters are weather permitting, and it is up to the captain’s discretion if the trip needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather. If the captain cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund. If the trip is rescheduled instead, we will work with you to find a suitable new time.
